Want to Know How to Get a Free Consult ?
On your first visit :
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your initial evaluation to get settled in. Please wear comfortable clothing, although you will not be exercising on your first day. We will ask you to fill out forms regarding your contact information, and what has brought you to see us here.
We pride ourselves in a thorough evaluation process, including at least 45 minutes of conversation, hands on assessment, and skill that really gets to the root of the issue. This is not your typical Physical Therapy visit, where you may just see your therapist for a short time. All of our therapy is customized, so we will spend as much as you need to allow us to help you return to your activity. Sore is normal, but pain is not how we improve function.
We provide 60 minute treatment sessions, up to 75 minute evaluations based on your need and goals with therapy.
YES! You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.
You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059
Payment is due at the time of service, and IQ PT provides you a "Super Bill" invoice that can be submitted to your insurance. We charge significantly less than you would expect a normal PT clinic to charge your insurance including discount packages for future visits.
This is not a guarantee that you will be reimbursed by your insurance company for services rendered, but IQ PT will provide you with appropriate documentation to aide in this process.
HSA, FSA, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX), cash or check
Having worked in the typical insurance world, we have seen how much things have changed over time. This includes higher insurance deductibles > $5000, higher copays reaching > $90, and low visit coverage with regular insurances. The average PT clinic bills insurance $250 per session, the cost of which is the patient’s responsibility until they meet their deductible. IQ PT wants to make your money work smarter, with individual sessions, and one on one PT care. Our prices are significantly more affordable to allow you to use your HSA card, provide an invoice for your insurance for reimbursement, and still provide top notch care.
Each treatment plan is different, and can vary from multiple times per week or even once a month. Our visit plans allow you to use your time wisely, including package rates that you can save use over a full year. Studies show that, on average, patients who receive manual-therapy based therapy, see longer lasting results with fewer sessions.
We live in a Direct Access state, which means you DO NOT need a prescription to see your Physical Therapist. IQ PT utilizes a direct-pay business model, which means that your need is not stifled by your insurance demands. Patients pay for treatment at the time of service using Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), credit card, cash or check. IQ PT provides you the means to be compensated by your insurance via a "Super Bill" which includes a visit summary complete with codes and pricing for insurance reimbursement.
Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours notice, will be billed a $50 cancellation fee.
